Coastal Command Pilot

My book 'Coastal Command Pilot 1939-1945' combines the experiences of 'Henry' Hall, Sqdn Leader Hodgkinson and myself during the conflict, aiming to portray life in one of the least known areas of the second world war.

Click on the cover opposite to read extracts from the book and the reason why I wrote it.

The book is dedicated to Johnnie Lane and Harry Ramsey and their crews lost without trace flying from Greenland in an attempt to provide air escort to an atlantic convoy, 1st March, 1943.

Foreword by

Air Chief Marshal Sir Derek Hodgkinson
